How does coaching work?

High-performance coaching starts with an initial assessment of your situation and establishing short, middle, and long-term goals. And you will also learn how to plan and practice routines in all aspects of your physical, mental, and situational awareness.

What can you help me with?

Coaching will help you find Inner balance, make you believe in yourself, and give you concrete steps to progress towards your goals.

How much time do I need to invest?

1 to 2 hours per day, seven days a week, with two 1-hour coaching sessions.

When can I expect results?

Very soon, providing that the practice is disciplined and consistent.
